we offer FRP sand media filter for Drip irrigation application. Our FRP media filter for DRIP irrigation is made using FRP thus offering life expectancy of 15-20 yrs. the piping is offered with mult port valve or HDPE ball valve. the vessel is resistant to water of any TDS and any Chemical or fertilizer dosed in water. the FRP vessel contains PP strainers which offer very low pressure drop and efficient filtration to avoid drip nozzle from getting choked.

1. Vessels up to 2.4 mtr dia and 5 mtr length for community irrgation plant
2. Vessels are offered in LDPE liner as well as FRP liners.
3. CNC controlled epoxy filament wound exterior + post Curing at 65 deg C.
4. All vessels are hydrotested @ 1.5 times design pressure
5. All vessels can be customized for sight glass, hand hole, man hole etc.
6. Vessels can be offered in horizontal configuration, for larger flow rates
7. Can be offered with internal distribution system.
8. UV inhibited external resin.
9. Can be offered in any color.
10. Life Expectancy up to 15-20 years
11. Each vessel bears a serial no. enabling 100% traceability.
